As a web store, we understand that how our customers receive their products is very important – it’s a key part of the buying experience.Once you have placed your order online, we know you want it delivered fast. That’s why we will usually Same Day despatch orders placed up to 4pm. We’ve tried different carriers with mixed results. Most of our customers have a relationship with their postman and trust Royal Mail. Royal Mail is reliable and fast. We send you an email on despatch which contains your tracking reference and a link to Royal Mail’s track and trace website allowing you to monitor the delivery progress to your door. If you work, then you may not be in to take delivery from your postman. If this happens, please contact the sorting office for redelivery or collect yourself using the ‘Sorry, you were out’ card from your local Royal Mail sorting office. Same Day despatch excludes purchases made at weekends and Bank holidays; when the item will be despatched next working day.

Guide to Delivery Times

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded. – normally 1- 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery. – next working day guaranteed, but not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed. Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchases are adequately insured. We will immediately replace anything lost that was sent out by Special Delivery. Items sent recorded will be replaced if both the following conditions are met:

A. Royal Mail declare the item as being officially lostB. The item’s purchase price is equal to or below £34 Otherwise, we will only be able to compensate you to the maximum £34 Royal Mail allow.

• We only deliver to the credit/debit cardholder’s address as this information provides the necessary identification verification required to process the order.
• For payments made through Paypal, we will only deliver to Confirmed and verified Paypal Addresses.
